What it's for: we use the details you submit (name, address, phone, email) to search data-broker sites for your listings and to complete opt-out/removal requests on your behalf, including solving CAPTCHA challenges and standard verification steps.
Stored only while active: we keep your submitted details only for as long as your Blu Shield subscription is active, so we can complete the initial sweep and your monthly rechecks. It's deleted automatically if your subscription ends, or sooner on request.
Not shared: we do not sell or share your information with anyone other than the specific data-broker site being opted out of.
What we don't collect: we do not collect your Social Security Number, date of birth, or copies of identity documents through this service. If a broker's process ever requires one of those, we contact you directly rather than collect it as part of the standard intake.

We retain account and order records for as long as necessary to provide services and meet legal requirements. You may request deletion of your personal information at any time by contacting us. Blu Shield data is retained only while your subscription is active, per the section above.
