Blu Shield — Client Authorization

By approving this, you authorize Blu Services to act on your behalf to locate and remove your public listings from data-broker and people-search websites, using the personal information you provide through our intake form.

What this covers

• Searching data-broker and people-search sites using your name and other details you provide.
• Completing and submitting opt-out/removal requests on your behalf, including solving CAPTCHA challenges and any standard verification step (such as confirming an email or phone code) that a broker requires to process the request.
• Repeating this process monthly for the life of your subscription, to catch listings that reappear.

What this does not cover

• We will not upload a government-issued ID document or provide a legal attestation on your behalf without contacting you first for that specific step. A small number of brokers require this for identity verification — if one does, we'll reach out to you directly rather than act without your explicit go-ahead.

How we handle your information

• The details you submit (name, address, phone, email) are used only to perform this service and are stored only for as long as your service is active, so we can complete the initial sweep and your monthly rechecks.
• We do not sell or share your information with anyone other than the specific data-broker site being opted out of.
• We do not collect your Social Security Number, date of birth, or copies of identity documents through this form. If a specific broker's process ever requires one of those, we will contact you directly rather than collect it here.
• You can request deletion of your stored information at any time by contacting us; it is also deleted automatically if your subscription ends.

You can revoke this authorization at any time by contacting us. It applies only to the Blu Shield service.
