Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to first contact us at support@bluservices.xyz and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for a period of thirty (30) days. If the dispute is not resolved informally, you agree that any and all disputes, claims, or controversies arising out of or relating to these Terms or our services shall be resolved by binding individual arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules, rather than in court. The arbitration shall be held in the State of Louisiana, or at another location mutually agreed upon by the parties. Each party shall bear its own costs and attorneys' fees in connection with any arbitration, unless the arbitrator determines that an award of fees is appropriate under applicable law. Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent unauthorized access or use of its systems.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against us.
The Site may link to third-party services (Discord, Telegram, external shops). We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Site at any time, with or without cause, and without notice.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Louisiana.
